Does anyone remember that quote from Uriel (or someone else related/included on Cat-V.org) where he says something along the lines of:

The problem is that they are trying to use administrative solutions for human peoblems

Maybe it was something I only dreamed of but please email me if you can find it. The use of the phrase administrative solutions in a cynical context is something I have been thinking about lately.
